I've been involved with Oriental Medicine for more than 25 years. I am constantly reminded how remarkable our bodies are. My interest in nutrition began in my teenage years where I struggled with my relationship with food and maintaining my health. I became passionate about the nutrition field and completed a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
